This is one of my favorite shirt colors. I got it from Banana Republic! Wrinkle-Free and has that satin look fabric. I like to pair this with white pants or a printed bottom. I love BR's shirts, i have a couple that i purchased 5 years ago and they still look new after several washes! I highly recommend checking them out!

Happy Labor Day everyone!
One of my favorite casual Friday looks is a button down shirt (both from Banana Republic). I can dress it up with denim or dress pants for an everyday office look. They're non-iron which is very important when i pick a button down shirt. Banana Republic carries a lot of different colors, 00 petite are not always available in the store or in some colors. I found most of my shirts from the outlet store and online.
These black & white heels are very comfortable, i wore them all day at the office, the're very light and the leather straps are soft. I also adore the criss cross details on the heels! i purchased them at Dillard's during their big sale!
